About the Role

This position is a leadership opportunity to oversee and manage network infrastructure for our organization. As Lead IT Infra E&P, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and secure flow of data between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems.

Key responsibilities include managing network design, deployment, and maintenance, collaborating with production and IT teams, leading the installation and configuration of network equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, and planning and executing network upgrades and expansions.

You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing network security policies and controls, managing relationships with network vendors and external partners, developing redundancy strategies, and overseeing documentation and compliance with network management standards and protocols.

Requirements
  • Proficient in designing and managing large-scale production network deployments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of network security practices and protocols, including VPN, intrusion detection, and VLAN management.
  • Experience in implementing OT/IT network integration and proficient in managing both wired and wireless network infrastructure, with experience in optimizing systems for large-scale industrial use.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions in a time-sensitive production environment.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvements in network performance.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing production floor network infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment (like Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring tools.
  • Proven experience in leading network architecture projects and managing security protocols.
