Accountant Job Opportunity

This role involves managing month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and processes, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will assist in resolving internal queries, review the fixed asset register, and coordinate with auditors for timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records;
  • Manage daily transactions to ensure timely processing and reconciliation;
  • Assist in resolving ad-hoc queries raised by internal stakeholders;
  • Review and reconcile financial reports on a regular basis;
  • Co-ordinate with auditors to ensure timely closure of audits;
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance;
  • Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business models;
  • Proven experience in managing financial processes with a close cycle of 4 business days or less;
  • Knowledge/ experience in accounting standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
