Job Title: Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cloud Engineer. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and building scalable solutions using AWS services.

The successful candidate will assist in designing, configuring, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions. They will support integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.). Additionally, they will participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards. They will work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments. Furthermore, they will learn and apply best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
  • Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Associate certification.
  • Exposure to Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, Polly, or other conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
  • Internship or project experience in cloud or contact center technologies.
