About the Role:

This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Accounts Payable (AP): Manage timely payment processing, reconcile vendor statements, address discrepancies, and foster excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate client invoices in line with contracts, facilitate prompt collections, reconcile customer payments, and maintain accurate outstanding balances with reminders and follow-ups.
  • Taxation: Prepare and file statutory returns, stay updated on tax law changes, ensure adherence to regulations, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during audits, and implement tax-saving strategies.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, verify accuracy in financial data, support internal audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, familiarity with tax filing and compliance in India.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication for interactions with stakeholders, ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
