Position Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.Job Description:

Our team focuses on delivering high-performance low-code Blockchain solutions. We operate from Delhi, along with certain project locations. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). You will identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla. Your role will also involve developing testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, SRS.

You will perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing. Additionally, you will set up and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines. You will create and execute appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines. Staying updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies for quality assurance is crucial for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience 3–5 years as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing – Postman, RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools – JMeter, LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP and containerised applications Docker, Kubernetes.
Qualifications and Certification:
  • B.E / B.tech / MCA.
  • Certification in QA testing will be an advantage.
