Job Title: Software Test Engineering Lead

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing principles, methods, and tools.
  • Expertise in agile development methodologies and iterative testing approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3GPP D20 Lab Setup and Configuration.
  • IXLOAD debugging techniques.
  • Test planning and case formulation.
