Job Title: Associate Site Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented merchant to enhance customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. You will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring seamless and engaging shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce merchandising plans including promotional events and product launches.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wireframe development to execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop test and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement document results and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in E-commerce Marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn SQL XML and merchandising tools.
