Visual Creative Specialist

As a Visual Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories across various digital and print touchpoints. This role involves designing engaging visuals to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Content Design: Develop visually appealing landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms that showcase our brand's personality.
  • Infographics & Headers: Design informative graphics and headers for articles that educate and inspire our readers.
  • Email Templates: Develop sleek and mobile-friendly email templates that enhance our brand's message.
  • Print Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that leave a lasting impression.
  • Pitch Decks: Build professional and brand-aligned presentations that win over clients and investors.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create animations to enhance digital content and tell a story.
Requirements:
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
