Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive financial inclusion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and develop fintech products and platforms from end-to-end.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adhere to best practices, and deliver product features on time.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the company roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
