Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive multiple technology initiatives and product deployments. This position requires strong expertise in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Determine program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Prioritize business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
