Job Overview

As a Team Leader in our organization, you will be responsible for guiding a group of team members to meet performance expectations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Coaching team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Identifying performance-related issues and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Communicating with employees and providing timely updates.
  • Managing team activities and staying current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements for Success:

  • One year of experience as a Team Leader in an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.
  • Strong knowledge of operations metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Excellent communication skills.
