Community Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our community environment.

  • Foster collaboration: Organize new member introduction events, mixers and events with local businesses.
  • Improve member satisfaction: Continuously assess and strive to enhance the overall experience.
  • Represent our center: Ensure the front desk is always manned by a team member.
  • Conceptualize initiatives: Events that build relationships between members.
  • Welcome new members: Introduce them to our existing community.
  • Manage billing and check-ins/outs: Hourly or Day-Pass memberships.
  • Conduct tours: Showcase facilities to potential new members.
  • Solve member issues: Attend to their needs and resolve concerns.
  • Manage waiting lists: Gather data on members' business objectives.
  • Supervise in-building events: Ensure compliance with house rules.

Operations

  • Ensure operational efficiency: Cleanliness of spaces, buildings, IT infrastructure, back-of-house areas.
  • Assist Center Manager: Build policies for Guest Registration, Security, and Building Procedures.
  • Provide reports: Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Center Manager.
  • Liaise with Facilities & IT Support teams: Resolve member issues such as Printers, Telephones.
  • Promote initiatives: Conceptualize and roll-out new ideas.
  • Communicate effectively: Liaise with Communications, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Implement new initiatives: Improve operational efficiency and achieve a service rating of >95%.
  • Inspect amenities: Raise Tickets when necessary.
  • Prepare expense reports: Review by the Community Development Council.
  • Schedule procurement requirements: Timely manner.

Sales & Marketing

  • Reduce desk vacancies: Enhance member experience through operational efficiency.
  • Ensure visibility: Promote our location.
  • Manage leads: CoWrks community member lead with utmost care.
  • Drive revenue streams: Meeting rooms, day passes, virtual office, event spaces.
  • Coordinate walkthroughs: Sales Team.
  • Research potential members: Develop tailored marketing strategies and materials.
  • Operate within framework: Our values and ethos.
  • Promote offerings: (DMS, print, Connect app).

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ Years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree.
