Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves working on various aspects of Workday implementations, including configuration, data transformation, and project management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet client expectations
  • Lead small implementation projects, manage workload, and assist teams in delivery lifecycle
  • Develop complex configurations for clients, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities for various modules
  • Coordinate with leads, EM/PM, and clients for project delivery

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent technical and functional skills across Workday modules
  • Strong knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing requirements
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

 

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Workday
  • Overall 12 years' experience is a minimum
