Scrum Master + Business Analyst RoleWith a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, we seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional team. As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing process flows, and ensuring data quality initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders
  • Work closely with Team, Business, and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed backlog
Business Analyst Duties:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood
  • Develop process flows and documentation as needed
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Experience with Agile project management tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
  • Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus
