Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our West Region operations.

  • Ambitious and result-driven warehouse management professional with 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

This is an opportunity for you to take charge of managing and overseeing warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage warehouse operations for the West Region.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Motivate and train the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
