Greenfield Aftersales Warehouses and Logistics Project Management
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of Greenfield Aftersales Warehouses and Logistics projects in OEM Automotive Verticals. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with competitive logistics partners, including vendors, 3PL providers, and transporters, through liaison with various departments.
- Solution Development: Build efficient and cost-optimal logistic solutions to meet business requirements, involving warehouse and transport planning.
- Project Planning: Plan project phases and milestones, including detailed project management schedules, periodic progress updates, and risk assessments.
- IT Solutions: Develop end-to-end IT solutions for logistics operations, collaborating closely with IS/IT teams and developers.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure legal and compliance readiness for smooth supply chain flows, coordinating with finance, tax, and consultants.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to establish effective partnerships.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently.
- Techno-Commercial Understanding: Good understanding of techno-commercial aspects of logistics operations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
