Role & responsibilities

nbound Logistics:-

  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to International Trade Laws & Regulations.

  • Documentation: Preparing & managing Export / Import documentation, including Invoices, Packing List, and Bills of Lading.

  • Knowledge of LC Opening & processing.

  • Shipment Co-ordination Overseeing the logistics of international shipments, including freight forwarding & custom clearance.

  • Negotiation – Negotiating contracts with suppliers & freight forwarders.

  • Cost Management- Analysing and managing import / export costs, including freight, duties & taxes.

  • Data Analysis – Analyzing import/export data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Policy Development- Developing and implementing import/export policies and procedures.

  • Cross – Functional Collaboration – Working with various departments, including purchasing, finance & operations.

  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.

  • Proficiency in various Software operating -  SAP, ICE Gate, CBEC, DGFT Portal.

  • Ability to follow up with government authorities for various Licencing activities, EPCG, IGCR, Advance Licences etc.

  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international partners & clients.

Outbound Logistics :-

  • Looking outbound logistic clearance of domestic & export shipments.

  • Require knowledge of customs tackled issues of export shipments.

  • Looking benefits of customs e.g. IGCRD, EPCG.

  • Skill for inbound logistics clear shipments from port. Handled custom clearance.

  • Handle import CHA related activities.

  • Make a plans for inbound & outbound materials.
