Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, designing personalized diet charts, and providing dietary guidance to individuals with lifestyle disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Nutritional Assessments: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of employees and patients visiting the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Dietary Guidance: Design and provide personalized diet charts for employees with lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions.
  3. Canteen Management: Plan balanced and nutritious menus for the canteens, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy needs.
  4. Food Quality and Hygiene: Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and portioning in canteens to ensure compliance with nutrition and safety norms.
  5. Counseling and Education: Counsel employees on healthy eating practices to prevent occupational fatigue and lifestyle-related illnesses, and conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on balanced diet, workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating.
  6. Nutrition Programs: Develop nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in the OHC to ensure holistic patient care.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  •     Bachelor's / Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent.
  •     Registered Dietician certification preferred.
  •     Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
  •     Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
  •     Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management will be an added advantage.
  •     Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
