Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive profitable growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who can turn ad spend into revenue. Your goal will be to own outcomes, not just manage campaigns. You will analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).

The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce. They must have experience working with US clients and possess excellent communication skills. A proven track record of managing at least $5,000 per month in ad spend is required, as well as proficiency in Paid Ads like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results and running A/B tests to optimize campaign performance. If you are a data-obsessed, strategic thinker who can think beyond click-through rates (CTR) and focus on margins and funnel bottlenecks, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

You Must Have:
