Senior Manager Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our analytics efforts. This role will be responsible for driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Job Description:

The Senior Manager will oversee the development and implementation of analytics solutions across various business functions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) or Deep Learning (DL)
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
