Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications.">
  • Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters.">
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required.">
  • Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness.">
  • Maintain organized legal records and case files.">
  • Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.">
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated.">
  • Provide strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.">

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ">
  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).">
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.">
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).">
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.">
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.">
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.">
