Key Account Specialist

We are an education consulting company, part of a mentorship platform connecting students with top universities worldwide.

This role involves end-to-end process management for students subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. Responsibilities include working with individual stakeholders on the application process, coordinating between mentors and customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with team members and other departments.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing customer relationships and providing support.
  2. Coordinating with mentors and university selection teams to ensure smooth application processes.
  3. Developing strategies for customer engagement and retention.
  4. Analyzing customer feedback and using insights to drive business growth.
  5. Maintaining records and reports to track customer interactions and progress.
