As a seasoned Revenue Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving boutique hospitality forward. This high-impact position demands exceptional analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies across multiple properties
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and implement rate updates
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
  • Utilize industry-standard software to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
  • Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed
  • Recommend process improvements and support training of junior staff or revenue support roles
