Artificial Intelligence Project Management Role

The position of a Technical Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of AI-related projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects for various AI products within the team portfolio using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
