PLC Training and Engineering Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of PLC Trainer/Engineer. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about automation and education.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems to aspiring engineers and working professionals.
About the Role

This role involves leading live training sessions on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and related systems. The successful candidate will create advanced PLC programs and stay up-to-date with R&D in automation technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver impactful training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems.
    • Continuously update training modules with the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
    • Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless learning experience worldwide.
Requirements

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
    • A solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
    • Familiarity with control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT
  • Training Experience:
    • Fluent English communication and public speaking skills
    • 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry
    • Ability to travel internationally for onsite training sessions
