  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to enhance credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain robust credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular management information systems (MIS), risk reports, and portfolio reviews, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in credit risk management, risk assessment, and corporate strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NBFCs or similar financial institutions and possess strong analytical skills.
