We work with over 100,000 freelance content creators and top-tier clients like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and major startups.

You will lead the quality of all design creatives and social media deliverables as a Visual Design Specialist. Your role involves implementing quality assurance processes, providing feedback to designers, and ensuring that all creatives align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality of all graphic design content for Client delivery, including social media creatives, posts, general creatives, marketing materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the creative delivery and strategy process.
  • Work closely with designers, project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (advertising agency preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design skills
  • Execute visual direction for all social media content
  • Research oriented and self-motivated for quality
  • Capability to make stand-out visuals
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop cohesive and compelling visuals.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Case study and case board design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Ai design tools usage
