Life and Wellness Coach Role

As a professional life and wellness coach, you will be responsible for providing tele-coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being. You will work with our clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment that fosters exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

About the Job:

  • Deliver structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve their objectives related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our support team and other professionals as needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach clients using evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client progress and challenges.
  • Cultivate effective communication skills to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prioritize quality care and strive for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC, AC).
  • Adaptability across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Familiarity with technology and telehealth platforms.
  • Commitment to quality care and expansion of capabilities.
