Role Description

This is a remote, freelance role for Work From Home (WFH) Coaches.

As a Coach on Flute, you'll:

• Provide personalized support through 1:1 sessions (chat, audio, or video)
• Guide users through emotional wellness, dating and life transitions
• Offer compassionate, non-judgmental advice and create a safe space for healing
• Use your expertise to help users grow in love, life, and self-awareness

Requirements

• Certification is mandatory in coaching, therapy, psychology, or relevant fields
• 1+ year of client-facing experience
• Excellent communication & empathetic listening
• Comfort with remote digital platforms
