Key Project Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead and manage independent projects across operational risk management areas.

  • The ideal candidate will review, verify, and validate existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices for theoretical soundness.
  • Meet business needs and regulatory expectations by assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Investigate operational risk and governance standards, undertaking detailed risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), and defining KRIs.
  • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and thought leadership documents across ORM-related areas.
  • Lead and be responsible for team building, mentoring, and project management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity planning, and loss data.
  • Hold a CA or MBA degree with a relevant master's program.
  • Possess project management and ORM certifications.
  • Experience with GRC tools such as MetricStream, SAP GRC, etc.
  • Fluency in English language is essential.
