
Sales Business Development Representative

Job Description:
A Sales Business Development Representative plays a key role in driving business growth and expansion by developing strong relationships with distributors and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Growth: Deliver secondary monthly targets and gross revenue growth, plan routes efficiently to increase productivity, and ensure stock availability and rack execution as per planogram.
- Training & Communication: Provide one-on-one training of sales representatives to develop business understanding and sales capability, set monthly targets, and communicate incentives and motivates salespeople to achieve targets.
- Distributor Management: Manage distributor health (ROI) by ensuring adherence to joint business plans, minimize expiry/stales by ensuring FIFO and stacking norms of products, and track correct and timely delivery of orders in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- FMCg Sales and Distribution Model knowledge
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Local language (good to have) and Basic English
- Data proficiency - ROI Model
