Job Overview

This role is focused on ensuring that our company adheres to EU ETS compliance standards by managing vessel data, finances, and documentation.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions and communications for designated Wet and/or Dry vessels.
  • Verify receipts of EUAs, financial securities, and penalty payments are properly recorded.
  • Generate reports for internal reviews and regulatory compliance tracking purposes.
  • Support data collection efforts for GHG intensity assessments and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in identifying and rectifying discrepancies related to cargo, fuel usage, port calls, and other vessel operational data.
  • Respond to internal requests for voyage-related data, including proof of sustainability (POS) and fuel data specifics.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, safety, or EU ETS-related roles within the shipping industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools for data collection and reporting, along with excellent communication skills.
