Full Stack AI Developer Needed

About the Role

We are looking for skilled full-stack developers with expertise in AI research and commercial applications to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI.

You will collaborate with leading companies to build next-generation AI solutions. Your tasks will include developing and optimizing AI models, evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets, ensuring quality via code reviews and testing, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent experience. You should be proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), knowledgeable about NodeJS and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, you should have a background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices. Docker knowledge is also required.

Solid communication skills, both written and spoken English, are essential. You should be able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
