AI Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The successful candidate will have +5/+7 years of experience in AI Development, with a strong foundation in ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering techniques.
  • Azure Document Intelligence: Utilize Azure AI Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents.
  • MLOps and Azure ML: Build and manage ML pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Azure Functions and Serverless AI: Develop event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Strong coding skills in Python (preferred), with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
  • Database and Data Lakes: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines.
  • DevOps and Git Integration: Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, testing, and continuous integration of AI workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
