About the Role

As a Technical Visionary, you will lead the strategy for frontend development and drive innovation in software engineering at our organization. You will set the direction for how frontend efforts will be designed, developed, and operationalized across multiple portfolios, driving adoption and excellence throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with deep expertise in frontend development, architecture patterns, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and growing technical talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencing and contributing to engineering initiatives and practices at the enterprise level
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and optimize development processes
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Evaluating and communicating different engineering solutions and trade-offs

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality, stable, and performant code. Your role will also involve conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

About You:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in technology development or services
  • 10+ years of experience in technology development, including deep expertise in frontend development, architecture patterns, and UI/UX best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
