Job Opportunity

This role seeks a Paid Digital Specialist with hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, capable of collaborating within a high-performing team.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in campaign management, conversion tracking, and platform integration, with expertise in ecommerce and lead generation clients.

Fluency in English is essential, as well as the ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking systems, including GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Events.

The successful applicant will be comfortable navigating Shopify and understanding ad tracking optimization.

Candidates should be able to follow clear instructions, collaborate effectively, and ask questions when needed.

Key responsibilities include campaign management, conversion tracking, performance optimization, client communication, and report preparation.

  • Plan, set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Pmax).
  • Build and maintain account structures for efficient testing and long-term scale.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates.
  • Set up, test, and maintain conversion tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Troubleshoot and refine attribution setups.
  • Work with Shopify integrations, conversion APIs, and tagging systems (GTM etc.).
  • Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing.
  • Optimize for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals.
  • Use data and creative testing to improve results over time.
  • Create short videos to explain strategy, wins, or performance issues.
