We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Financial Analyst to join our team.

This role involves working with product, engineering, and data science teams to develop innovative financial software solutions for institutional-grade clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in buy-side financial institutions or top-tier investment banks, and a deep understanding of quantitative risk modeling.

  • Presenting and analyzing data using charts, tables, and Excel to draw useful insights for investors.
  • Analyzing financial reports, market, and asset performance to identify key takeaways.
  • Interpreting information about yield, price, risk, stability, and other factors that contribute to a financial asset's investment merits.
  • Developing and improving commercial risk models and portfolio analytics.
  • Conducting unit economic and financial analysis.
  • Collaborating with data engineering and data science teams to source and interpret relevant metrics and data.

Requirements:

  • Top-tier educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree with honors (8.0+ GPA mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in a front-office financial role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Methodical, concise, and accurate work style with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Able to quickly learn and apply technical understanding to solve problems.
  • An aptitude and interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and the latest trends.
  • Conscientious and focused on objectives with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results (MS Excel).

Preferred locations: Remote, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, or Coimbatore.
