Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of numbers and big-picture thinking
  • Communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders
  • Work proactively as a self-driven individual in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with the team as a trouble-shooter and consensus-builder

Areas of Responsibility:

A. Performance Delivery
  • Support and enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing
  • Improve the Finance O&R process and drive Pre and Post M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments
B. Productivity
  • Collect past c-forms, improve processes, and reduce timelines for recording
  • Participate actively to unlock savings and ensure hygiene by dialing up Distributor ROI
  • Reduce W/Capital / Provisions unlock (Overall Norms to be lower in value than last 3 years average aged inventory)
C. Net Revenue Management
  • Trade Spend Management
  • Drive BTL claim process for the cluster and adopt new BTL Process
  • Develop a Pre and Post M&E Culture on BTL and TTL Spends
D. Business Partnering
  • Develop financial analysis to drive business insights and communicate effectively to key stakeholders
  • Partner with CH/SH to drive business performance and deliver financial targets
E. BAU Operations
  • Credit Management – Timely MIS Circulation, Credit Block Release, and best utilization of resources
  • Collection Management – Driving Collection and reducing overdues through continuous monitoring
F. Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure compliance to Credit Policy, BTL Policy, TTL Policy, SOA, and all commercial CARM controls
  • Risks identified through TB review are tracked and reviewed with RCFH
