Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our placement team.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school. Expertise in finance, business analytics, or data science is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new corporate partners for student placements and internships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners to secure high-quality placements.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure alignment with student skills and curriculum.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in finance, business analytics, or data science.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of driving results-oriented teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining excellent communication and presentation skills.
