Cloud Engineer Role

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Develop and maintain AWS Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
  • Write solution design documents.
  • Present solution definition documentation to Architecture review councils.
  • Design architecture for high availability and security-first approaches.
  • Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies.

Responsibilities also include notifying clients of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology, remaining current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products, and having overall good experience in infrastructure and operations.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience with AWS cloud native services, AWS container services, Agile and DevOps concepts, strong communication and written skills, and experience creating technical architecture documentation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS products and services: EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, Cloud Watch, Elastic Cache, Kinesis, Cloud Trail, KMS, WAF, Guard Duty, IAM, Lambda, Connect, RDS.
  • Knowledge of Azure products and services: Azure AD, VM, BLOB, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Monitor, Azure Databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Key Vault, Security Center, Activity log.
