We are seeking an experienced Data Architect Leader to design and implement robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business data across the organization.

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst at ShyftLabs, you will lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions to meet business requirements. Your expertise will ensure data integrity and quality while defining data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and workflows to support effective data management and governance.

  • Solution Design and Architecture:
  • Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Define data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and workflows to support effective data management and governance.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate MDM technologies and tools based on organizational needs and industry standards.
  • Leverage advanced analytical techniques and programming languages to mine through massive data sets and isolate patterns in customer identification and behavior across loyalty programs and omnichannel experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis or data architecture, with experience using data quality and profiling tools such as Information Steward or Reltio. You will also be proficient in statistical programming languages like Python and R, and have a solid understanding of MDM concepts, including data modeling, governance, quality management, and integration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, math, or related business field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data architecture
  • At least three years of experience using data quality and profiling tools such as Information Steward or Reltio for data profiling, automated data cleansing, and proactive management of the quality of the data
  • Experience with Snowflake and Advanced SQL; building large data sets across disparate sources required
  • Experience with statistical programming languages required (Python, R)
  • Understanding MDM concepts, including data modeling, governance, quality management, and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
