International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a representative in international customer service. This role involves effective communication with Australian customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear information exchange.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills and experience in B2B and B2C customer service domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Perform feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, adhering to client standards and guidelines.
- Create orders and contracts, follow up, and maintain end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Ensure quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers according to the agreed process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferable.
