Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring and onboarding.


Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HR systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and talent availability.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Participate in various talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers, including salary negotiations and contract terms.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business operations.
