Sourcing and Recruitment:

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Generate reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
