Lead Credit Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our credit operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive credit strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of credit professionals and provide guidance on credit policy and processes.
  • Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including risk management and sales teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements, and implement best practices in credit underwriting and risk management.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 18-20 years of experience in the banking or NBFC industry, with a deep understanding of credit policy and processes. They will also have experience leading high-performing teams and managing large portfolios.
