Global Ecommerce Growth Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Ecommerce Growth Specialist. As a key member of our Cross Border Trade (CBT) India team, you will play a vital role in helping sellers based in India expand their global reach on Walmart Marketplace.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional individual who can effectively support the acquisition and onboarding of prospective sellers, manage the seller lifecycle, promote key product adoption, and guide sellers to accelerate their sales on Walmart. Key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with sellers who have initiated the registration process for Walmart Cross Border Trade, guiding them through the registration and launch process, and providing ongoing support.
- Identifying seller pain points across the account registration to launch lifecycle and developing strategies to mitigate these issues and improve funnel conversion rates.
- Supporting sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart by offering guidance on relevant input levers adoption, tracking progress, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term and long-term business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or account management, with a proven track record of recruiting and managing clients.
- Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of cross-border trade and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and think critically.
- A strong ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands, with a focus on delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
