About This Role:
  • The ideal candidate will understand client briefs and develop aligned social strategies.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns across platforms.

This position involves acting as the primary point of contact between our agency and assigned clients.

You will present ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize the approach for execution.

Beyond project delivery, you will build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Your goal will be to deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  2. Understand client requirements/brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
  3. Present ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize the approach for execution.
  4. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  5. Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure timely delivery and client alignment.
  6. Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams and ensure revisions are implemented as needed.
  7. Track competitor brands to uncover market trends and insights that will shape a distinct brand approach.
  8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
About You:
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
  • A deep understanding of digital media platforms and marketing trends.
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
  • Ability to handle shoots and production timelines confidently and independently.
