Job Title: Audio Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Audio Retention Specialist. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and a proven track record of developing effective strategies to prevent churn and reactivate lapsed listeners.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify at-risk users and developing targeted campaigns to re-engage them. You will also work closely with the product and content teams to ensure seamless user experiences and provide feedback on why users are leaving.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, preferably within a B2C subscription or mobile app business. They should be innovative problem-solvers who think creatively and challenge assumptions.

A key responsibility of this role is to design and launch proactive multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior. This includes segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn, crafting compelling offers and hyper-personalized content, and testing A/B variations to optimize campaign performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools. The ability to experiment, interpret results, and adapt strategies is crucial. Additionally, a genuine interest in music and audio is essential for crafting resonant and effective campaigns.
