We are seeking a seasoned AI Assurance Lead to join our Quality Engineering Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts, as well as expertise in testing methodologies specific to AI models and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI models, ensuring high-quality outputs and robust performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using open-source tools, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Identify and address technical challenges through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in testing different types of AI models, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Expertise in assessing and ensuring the quality of training data for AI models.
  • Familiarity with specialized AI testing tools and frameworks.
