Senior Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Recovery Specialist to lead our collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recovery strategies to achieve financial targets

  • Oversee daily recovery activities, including portfolio allocation and performance management
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial recovery processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in using financial software and CRM systems

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in financial recovery, with a significant portion of that time in a leadership role
